Owner and Instructor

Hello, I am Raul Garcia, the owner and instructor for 10-32 Firearms Training. I was born and raised in the great State of Idaho, where I grew up hunting, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. I was introduced to shooting at age 10 by my father, an avid hunter and police officer. I am proud to be an American and grateful to live in this great country, the United States of America, where we have the freedoms afforded to us by the U.S Constitution, such as the freedom of speech, freedom of religion and of course the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution, the right to bear arms. As an NRA and Law Enforcement firearms instructor, I have worked in Law Enforcement for 27 years. I’ve worked as a patrol deputy, on the Gang Unit, and as SWAT entry team member and sniper team leader. I worked on a Special Response Team for the U.S. Department of Energy at Idaho National Laboratory. In addition, I worked as a contract instructor for the U.S State Department’s Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program in Islamabad, Pakistan and in Amman, Jordan. The mission of 10-32 Firearms Training is to pass on lessons I have learned carrying a firearm for a living so that citizens can be safe with firearms and have the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and legally defend themselves and their families.
